This was my second stay. Although it is completely self-service with no staff on-site, they provided clear and detailed directions from Koiwa Station. The first time, I had trouble finding the place at night, but this time was so smooth. I’m very impressed with their thoughtful communication!
They didn't send the check-in information until the day of arrival, which made me feel anxious and worried about whether I could actually get in.
