The room is spacious, the bathroom is big, water is warm. We had a coffee machine in the room and some courtousy food and water. The bad is very comfortable, the room is sound&light proof :) we had room 1. Everything was just perfect for us( one nigh). Very close to train to Venice and the bus 4A for airport.
The space for clothes is small and I missed a spoon for the coffee.

Room seemed recently renovated and well kitted out. We appreciated the coffee machine.
Great location between the city centre and the train station.
Real coffee cups, rather than disposable, would be better for sustainability and for customer experience.

Modern, very clean, nice smell, very close to everything (railways, center, shopiing and restaurants), very quiet.

Close to train station, but neighborhood not dodgy
A few minutes to the old town, just across a nice bridge over the canal
Newly furbished, which is not easy to find in Treviso
Clean and tidy, nice small balcony into the courtyard
Easy checkin / checkout, just left the city tax on the table, everything else was via email
Coffee / tea / biscuits upon arrival
Room could have been a bit bigger
Bigger sign outside would help finding it quicker especially late in the evening
Checkout was at 10:30
