Good for a couple short stay or solo long stay. Improvements required to justify the price.

Location was excellent, the lounge spacious and well furnished, the gym is very well equipped and both with breath taking views. Convenient laundry and mini market at the building. The apartment kitchen was well equipped and the views amazing !

The apartment for two people in a long stay is uncomfortable small. Furniture is low quality, only one clanky chair, uncomfortable sofa, no work table and too narrow mattress. The building maintenance was disappointing. It's a tall and busy building, and during 27 days one of the two general lifts was not working, generating long wait. They fixed something in the main corridor in our floor (16th) and the dirty and hanging light fixture were there for most of the period. The aspect of the water in the swimming pool was bad, with lots of sediments visible (probably due to filtering issues).

Ótima hospedagem. Excelente localização.

Ótima localização e super confortável. Superou nossas expectativas.
