The night time person was not very cordial. He would only let us have 1 key. He seemed frustrated when he arrived at the front desk. We waited about 10 mins for him to arrive, I even used the phone number to call the front desk trying to find him.
Only one key for a 2 bedroom room. Minimum amount of towels, no coffee maker

I enjoyed everything about the property! Everything was easy from check in to check out. All of our needs were met!
There wasn't anything I disliked.

it was clean and tidy. employees are basically friendly, some more then others, as usual with people.
its all vinyl flooring and NO ONE, NOT EVEN THE EMPLOYEES know how to close a door quietly. All night long room doors are slamming and they just echo all down the hallway cause its all tile. Also who has a kitchenette but doesn't provide any way to heat anything. Yes there is a sign in the BATHROOM that says you can buy equipment, that should be in the description on the web pages, not a hidden note in the bathroom!
