A nice & easy experience, was around 15-20 min walk from central Birmingham which was perfect since we arrived & left via train. The lady hosting was so lovely and communicative, allowed us to leave our luggage after we check out for our train was late afternoon and wanted the day to explore. She even let us stick around for an extra hour when we came back to get our stuff due to train delays. A very clean house with superb amenities. We only stayed for one night but would've very happily stayed longer. The room also had a projector! very cool & handy especially since they allowed you to use a netflix account.
The pillows weren't the greatest and my partner found the bed rather firm (but that's up to personal taste really :) )

Celia was very welcoming and friendly, it was all very clean and smelled lovely. A great night's sleep, comfortable bed, nice and quiet. We had a great stay.

We booked this room for the location to the Utilitia Arena. It was a 30 minute walk from Birmingham train station but that was fine for us. 10 minutes to the arena so perfect. The room was fine for one night and the shared bathroom was super clean. No issue sharing as the other visitors were considerate.

Good sized room, very friendly hosts. The shard bathroom was available when we needed it so that's nice. Good warm shower! Did not use the common space but looked nice.
The area was not safe to walk alone at night. Some scetchy dude following us when we left at 20u (dark outside). After a 10 minute walk you come into the busy area with bars where it's safer, but I would not recommend walking there alone as a women at night. Be mindfull. The bed was pretty hard (not ideal with back issues).
The other guests staying on the same floor were pretty loud so we could hear them talk untill pretty late.
