BEWARE! Take your hard earned money somewhere else!
I liked that we had a couple of pool options and that's about it.
Where do I begin? 🤔 1: the workers especially the hateful one at the front desk in the lobby, you could tell she hated her job, she told me my wrist bands were in the room upon arrival, well they wasn't, I had to take the elevator all the way back down which took forever bc the elevators get so crowded, told her they wasn't there and she said I would have to come back and get my bands at another desk but the people were away from the desk at the moment bc they were in the rooms taking wristbands (but not mine), said they close at 8 so I had like an hour left to get my bands ( they allow you access to the pools, gym and restroom at the pool) well long story short I went back and she said they were already gone for the night even though it wasn't even 8. We head out the door and think about what to eat, at 7:46 ish I get a text saying I could come back and pick my bands up, I didn't see the message until 8:02 but I still stopped by, the only person I saw was the hateful lady that sent me on the wild goose chase to begin with, I walked out and decided to wait till the morning but it don't end there. So morning comes and I get a message saying to head down and get my bands, so we get ready and head down, get the bands from some nice people and head up to the 10th floor to look at that pool, get up there and the bands don't work to let us in. I call, they say come back and get them reactivated, so we do, we literally take them in and lay them on the counter and the grumpy lady reactivates them takes less than 10 seconds, she had to click on a button on the computer 🙄. Basically the end of that story so that leads me to the next problem 2: the wristbands or the gates just stop working sometimes and for hours, you usually have to go tell the grumpy lady. 3: we got kicked out of the rinky dink gym just bc we had slides on and not "shoes".
