Location was excellent, close to many metro stations. It is very clean and the staff is welcoming and kind.
The rooms are a bit to small.

The hotel itself was very nice, only stayed one night, but was clean and comfortable,
The room was very small for 2 people, but we only stayed one night, so was adequate for our needs.
No smoking area nearby.

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms and common areas were well maintained. Check-in was straightforward, and the hotel felt safe
The rooms are extremely small. Two people with even one large suitcase barely fit, and we had to pack our luggage in the hallway because there simply wasn’t enough space inside the room. The windows face a busy highway, and while they block most of the noise when closed, you cannot open them because the traffic noise is very loud. The staff were polite but communication was sometimes difficult as English was quite limited. The location was also less convenient than expected, with better options available closer to the main attractions. The included “breakfast” is just packaged croissants, so you’re better off walking a few minutes to the nearby 7-Eleven.

"Great location. Close to the main Tokyo station and close to smaller stations/subway entrances. Close to conveniences stores and restaurants.
The hotel was also able to accommodate an early check in..."
