The location is just perfect - right in the old town, with easy access to restaurant, shopping centers, tram station. The apartment is sound proof, even though there is noise in the street, the apartment is quiet.
I liked that the check in/out process is easy.
The apartment is also very clean and well equipped with all the necesities: dishwasher, washing machine, iron, cutlery, coffee machine, microwave etc, the bed is comfy.
We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Warsaw.

The location and views
The poor communication and explanation on how to access the property, one simple detail turn out to be a very unhappy moments, you guys need to explain better how to access the building if wasn’t for someone that happen to pass by and help us we probably still outside waiting, no easy access for a phone call toooo many steps to reach some on a call
