Perfectly decent place to stay but it should be thought of as just a basic crash pad. Friendly and informative hosts and a great location with plenty of free parking and well-connected bus stops in the area.
Cleanliness was somewhat lacking and even though there were two washing machines provided, both were full of other people's laundry so we didn't get to use them anyway. No soap or shampoo appeared to be provided. The apartment was on the 5th floor and only accessible by stairs, which is completely alright but anyone with older family members or disabled travel partners should take note of this. In general this was not a great place but it is perfectly livable, just ensure you have your expectations set realistically.

Дуже сподобалось планування оселі та дизайн. Все зручно красиво і затишно. Окремо хочу відмітити що я в захваті від вікна над ліжком що дало можливість засинати дивлячись на зорі.
Замало розеток в приміщенні, і можливо варто було б додати трохи перехідників щоб не доводилося обирати що мені потрібно більше щоб світив світильник чи заряджався телефон. Також дуже не вистачало дошки для нарізання на кухні. Різали все в руках. А дивлячись на сліди на кухні хтось з минулих гостей прямо на кухонній стійці.

Gute Lage Wohnung sauber und gepflegt

Gute Lage, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung. Nur kurze Autofahrt in die Innenstadt.
Auf den ersten Blick sah alles super aus. Allerdings stellte sich schnell heraus, dass es an Sauberkeit mangelte. Wir ließen unsere Tochter gleich nach Ankunft kurz barfuß laufen. Nach vielleicht 30min hatte sie schwarze Fußsohlen. Auf der Tür des Trockners lag eine dicke Staubschicht und auch die Deko im Wohnzimmer war mit dichtem Staub besetzt. Unter dem Sofa lag eine leere Colaflasche, unter einem der Betten ein leeres Dessertglas und ein Deckel einer Plastikflasche. Auch unter dem Doppelbett scheint nicht regelmäßig sauber gemacht zu werden.
Sowohl Waschmaschine als auch Trockner können nicht genutzt werden, da die Maschinen bereits mit gewaschener Wäsche (wahrscheinlich für die nächsten Mieter) gefüllt sind. Dementsprechend zerknittert ist die aufgezogene Bettwäsche, was dadurch ziemlich lieblos wirkt.
Für mich als Allergikerin waren die Nächte eine Qual.
Die Klobrille ist locker und muss nach fast jedem Toilettengang wieder so gut es geht fixiert werden.
