Very compact but comfortable apartment near beach

Secure carpark. Close proximity to beach. Confortable even though very compact. Very clean. Well equipped. Good communication with host about self access.

Unexpectedly once we had booked the apartment we were informed of a supplement for linen and for cleaning. These were optional but as we were travelling there was no way we could bring our own linen. This sounded more like the AirBnB system than Booking.com and came completely out of the blue. Why not include this in the ‘House rules’ upfront as it would provide advance warning in advance of booking. I opted to do the cleaning myself and save the extra €25. On arrival rather than a ‘welcome note there was a long checklist page of all the steps to follow to bring the apartment back to the state we had found it in. All to be done before the early 10 am check out. Check in is a bit late at 5pm. Building outside of the apartment does not give a great impression, apartment much better, particularly kitchenette and shower rooms

Un super séjour concarnois

La propriétaire est très sympathique et l’appartement est vraiment agréable

5 / 10

Ca va pour une nuit ou deux et qu on sort beaucoup.

Bonne emplacement. Calme. Équipement cuisine, sdb assez complet. Literie confortable.

Mauvais éclairage, vétusté de l immeuble. Décoration vieillotte et triste. L appt est sombre. Ménage approximatif. Appt non adapté aux personnes en surpoids. Pas de rangement,
