Way too expensive for the quality

The location is great, close to the city, close to the beach and the boat. Parking is around 10 min. It was very nice of the owner to help us with the luggage to carry from the parking to the apartment. But that’s it.

1. It started with self registration. I’ve been to Italy couple of times and never was I responsible of registering myself in the apartment, I still didn’t do it as I told the landlord to do it but asking the customer to do their job is incredible cheap. 2. The living room with the sofa bed had not a single hanger to put/ hang your stuff which costs a few euros to buy but they just didn’t. So it’s very inconvenient and you live like a student out of your suitcase 3 the sofa bed was probably the worst bed I ever slept on, every single move made a crazy squeaking sound so that my baby and wife woke up many times at night. For three nights we paid almost 600€ go to IKEA and buy one sofa bed; it it’s really unbelievable how cheap people are. No adult should sleep under such conditions; seriously shame on you! 4. When I asked for more soap, because we were given those tiny tube for three nights, I was literally told that I won’t get another which is again unheard of 5. It took them over three hours to get back to my 5 messages and 3 calls about the AC, at the end it was a “mode” issue but given I couldn’t fix it I needed their help, the owner came at the end but it took them hours to handle this. 6 given it’s in the city it’s incredibly loud the insulation is non existing, outside noise but also each step of the neighbours are very loud also the entrance door bangs so loud that my baby woke up several times - not per se the owner fault but not a good place with babies 7. Despite the city being a beach town the apartment neither had a washing machine nor a cloth rag where you could hang wet cloths
