Horrific customer service

Nothing

When I arrived the apartment at 7:45pm it was filthy from the previous guest. The management company were quite difficult but promised a cleaner would be there asap. He arrived 2 hours later and took hours to clean it. Finally at 11:45 I had to tell him to leave and I made the bed etc myself. The management company promised a refund for the first night but then stopped responding to my emails. I've tried multiple times to contact them but they won't respond. Overall terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend.
