Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Close to centre and bus to the station.

The staff were beautiful and helpful and sweet. Room was clean and comfortable.
A water pump outside our room was quite noisy and disruptive at bedtime.

Amazing air con, had everything you need and more! The customer service was impeccable as well, all the ladies at the reception were so helpful. Thank you.
Nothing.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for all beach/boat activities. The bed was comfortable and all the staff were very kind/friendly.
Unfortunately the room was on the first floor and faced a wall, so we had no views or even sun.
The bathroom is very poorly designed: my knees touched the sink from the toilet (I’m only 160cm tall); the shower isn’t separated on the right side so it’s basically a wet bathroom (toilet and sink get wet); and the fan didn’t work so nothing dried.
The “complimentary breakfast” is actually just coffee or juice (not both) and a warm croissant (that was raw in the middle).
The WiFi never worked and we had no service in the room (despite having perfectly fine service everywhere else in Sarande).
