L'emplacement, et le logement

Cadre idyllique mais communication exécrable et prix excessif. Déception et désillusion.
Appartement bien placé et privatisé avec une vue vers la piscine et la verdure, avec terrasse.
Le parking privé, accès à la plage en franchissant le portillon et quelques équipements dans l'appart.
Juste bien pour passer sa nuit en solo mode mi-rustique.
Il y en a beaucoup à dire, avec une grande déception, pour le manque de communication et les infos erronées dès notre arrivée.
Pour trouver l'endroit, avec le GPS ça va, mais personne pour nous accueillir à l'appart et il fallait aller à argeles centu21, pour récupérer les clés.
Donc si vous arrivez en train, faudrait faire 7km à pied (on l'a fait pour passer du temps) ou à velo.
L'accueil pas très chaleureux à notre arrivée et en plus j'ai dû payer une taxe de séjour supplémentaire, alors que c'était mentionné lors de la réservation que tout le paiement était inclus et pris en charge. J'ai appelé le service client et jusqu'à maintenant aucun remboursement.
Sur les infos on nous avait dit que la chambre était la 189 et bien non, la réceptionniste avait oublié de nous dire que c'était la 265. On a dû la rappeler après plusieurs reprises.
De plus, c'est vraiment bizarre, on passe par Booking pour se retrouver sur poplidays qui gère les mauvaises informations même par téléphone et récupérer ces clés avec century 21.
En ce qui concerne l'appartement, le carrelage est fissuré alors attention si vous marchez pied nu, c'était marqué bouilloire et on a rien trouvé nul part.
Quelques traces sur le mur et il restait non seulement prêt de la baie vitrée et sur le frigo, des papiers mouchoir (bonjour l'hygiène).
Attention à la plaque vitrocéramique qui fait très souvent des siennes, elle n'est pas des plus simples à utiliser.
Le lit en forme de meuble qui se plie, très astucieux pour l'espace, mais n'ayant aucune communication qu'il fallait le retourner pour l'avoir en forme de lit, fallait deviner !!!
Ce serait bien d'avoir le net pour ce prix de location, car pas d'internet et de plus avec les murs en béton armé, on ne capte rien avec notre téléphone.
Le réseau est presque quasi inexistant et obligé de sortir pour en trouver.
