Come and recharge your batteries in this family villa by the sea, perfectly equipped for a peaceful holiday.
Ideally located in the quiet and family village of Grau D'Agde (3kms from Cap d'Agde), it is located 400m from the seafront promenade and its superb airy beach.
You will be less than 10 minutes walk from the market and the village center, restaurants and evening entertainment (night market, rides, concerts...)
Relax in its heated swimming pool which also includes a built-in whirlpool area!
Enjoy a barbecue by the water and in the shade of the electric awning.
Behind the garden gate: surprise! Access to a playground with football and basketball field, volleyball and badminton area, children's games and petanque courts.
