Inside, the condo features modern décor and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master and second bedrooms, a split trundle dual-twin setup in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen and inviting living space provide everything you need to cook, relax, and gather with family or friends.
Parking is included, giving you the convenience of driving and easy access to the surrounding area. Managed by SkyRun Aspen, your stay will be seamless and professionally supported, allowing you to focus on enjoying all that Aspen has to offer.
This property is on the ground floor of a complex and does NOT require stairs to access.
***Please note, there is no built-in air conditioning in the unit. A portable AC unit will be provided between June 1 and October 1 for guest comfort during warmer months. Outside of this period, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and closing them during the day to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additional fans are available upon request.
No refunds will be issued if shared facilities are unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or HOA requirements.

Kitchen needs updated silverware. Many pieces missing (only one small spoon) and mismatched. Providing a full, 12 piece matched set would be easy and nice.Nespresso not appreciated by all. It, along with a traditional coffee pot would help round out the kitchen in my opinion.Living room/hall way floors, along with living room rug, filthy! Only know that as at a request for a vacuum (being in a pet friendly unit for a week) we were told there wasn't one and none could be provided as cleaning is contracted out. Isabelle, who was amazing and very attentive to any ask and need, provided a swiffer with wet and dry capabilities. So when we used the dry, then wet swiffer, mop came up very dirty, filthy actually like I stated. Also knew it by the blackened feet, knees and hands of our 9 mo old crawling baby. Honestly that was the most distressing and disappointing aspect.For the weekly price of the unit I would expect cleaner floors and carpeting.Again, Isabelle was courteous and attentive. She was always quick to respond and helpful.

Stayed for 6 weeks this summer. Great location! Close to grocery shopping, Saturday farmers market, and all the restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo everyday. We, also, cooked dinner 2 to 3 nights.
