Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in great location for public transport and easy access to the city.
Shower slightly underpowered.

1. the staff was polite and helpful
2. good value for the price
3. the connection to Venice was quick and easy
4. the bedding and towels were clean
5. the room was cosy and had a tv and a mini fridge
6. there were slippers and toothbrushes provided
1. there was no mopping/vacuuming done during our stay
2. the outside door doesn’t reach the floor, so you can hear everything that’s going on in the corridor
3. the air vents are covered in dust and the shower head has bad water pressure
4. the breakfast is mundane and they don’t rotate the menu
5. ‼️ the area is not as dangerous as described but there is one small portion towards the train station where drugs are used on the side of the road and people are sleeping in the street
