It's new and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The host is just amazing! She did our laundry, gave us extra towels and beach towels. She even offered to upgrade our room which we declined because we were comfortable where we were. Living room with a large and comfortable sofa. Great gyros place just around the corner.
The place looks a little unfinished with some bare bulbs instead of lamps. Also, the kitchen has just one pot and no essentials like salt or oil, just empty. However, we didn't complain about it. I'm sure if we did, the host would have fixed it quickly
