Very disappointing stay.
The only thing is location.
She came to pick us up at the bus station and took us to the property. We left our belongings there and waited for the previous guests to check out of the apartment. She was very friendly and polite until she received the money. After that, she did not return the €10 change she owed us from the tax fare.
Secondly, we realized that we had been misled because the Booking.com confirmation email clearly stated that check-out was at 2:00 p.m., but she made us leave two hours earlier.
We became ill while staying in the apartment. The drains were clogged, the bathroom was unsafe and unhygienic, the air conditioner was constantly leaking, and the apartment was clearly not properly cleaned. We slept on beds supported by concrete blocks. The pillows were filled with old pieces of sponge. I have photographs of all of these problems as evidence.
I checked into the apartment on the 20th, and on the 24th I developed severe breathing difficulties. I sought medical attention and have a medical report confirming a bacterial infection. My child also became ill and developed a stomach virus. We arrived at the property healthy.
The conditions in the apartment were completely unacceptable, especially the clogged drains, the unsafe and unhygienic bathroom, the leaking air conditioner, and the general lack of cleanliness and maintenance. I have photographic evidence documenting these conditions, as well as medical documentation regarding my illness.
As for the property itself, it seems to be more suitable for older guests who get up very early and go to bed early. It is not suitable for young people or families with children. Her main concern appeared to be receiving the money, rather than the safety, cleanliness, or well-being of her guests.
