Viet i an amazing human with world class hospitality!! He is the heart and soul of this place. My other homestay Charming overcharged for taxis but Viet gives you the best deal for taxis!! He offer noodles for breakfast and tea!! He was so helpful with calling my bus driver and translating things for me! He even called a taxi driver who overcharged me and demanded he give me a partial refund!!! Room was cozy clean, hot water, balcony with view, walking distance to all the cute cafes!!
Walls are a bit thin ans i could hear my neighbor luckily they werent too loud ans i was able to sleep fine

we enjoyed numerous fabolous experiences during our stay at Casa. prior to our arrival, we made a wrong reservation far away from Tà Xùa and had to cancel it and then arrived at the homestay much earlier than the usual check-in time. nonetheless, the landlord didn't charge our first hours even when we arrived very early in the morning. given that Tà Xùa is always crowded in the weekend and the shuttle bus mostly comes late, the place is a bit uphill and he waited for us under the road right time when we arrived and helped us to carry our suitcases to our room. after knowing that we would like to trek a mountain peak, he gave us a very detailed instruction so that we did it perfectly. also, the price here is very competitive too compared to the other homestays nearby.
the wooden room walls have poor sound insulation is in fact not a very problem. however, we once woke up at night because of a squad of mice in the ceiling.:)))
