Lugar excelente, achei maravilhoso para morar e passar tempo com a família.

Tudo muito bom, o local limpo e organizado, ótima estrutura.

Não é que não gostei, mais na sala poderia ter ventilador, por que mesmo com a porta aberta é um pouco quente.

Eviten intermediarios!

El Complejo es un conjunto de residencias con la organización y reglamentos propios, de muy buena calidad y mantenimiento. Por ejemplo para poder usar la "barbacoa" ofrecida en el aviso del departamento es necesario pagar 140 Reales, cuando todos suponemos que una churrasquera es algo básico en vacaciones y se supone Libre disponibilidad, el complejo cuenta con dos(2) áreas con parrilla, mesas y sillas, una mayor que la otra. La menor tiene un coste de 140 Reales por uso diario desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 21 y debe gestionarse 48 Hs antes. En 14 días nunca fueron ocupadas ni la una ni la otra por ningún habitante de los 160 departamentos. La piscina, mejor dicho la alberca, con un agua impecable funciona hasta las 21 hs y cierra las tardes de los días lunes. El jardín impecable.

El intermediario. En este caso, además de Booking, se trata de una agencia, con domicilio en la ciudad de Natal, llamada Carpediem. Un verdadero desastre. El departamento recibido tenía muy sucios, pegajosos, los pisos, de sala principal, dormitorios y baños, cómo también la mesa principal. No había ni escoba ni escobillón. La mini aspiradora estaba saturada de polvo, sin limpiar. El horno de la cocina no tiene , sepa el lector, ninguna asadera. O sea que se trata de un "horno" virtual. Ni pizzera. Nadie asumió la necesidad de completar lo imprescindible. El intermediario jamás se preocupó por nuestra situación, algo que demostró todo el tiempo, atendiendo a través de una APP automática que deriva a un humano, quien a su vez debe estar en muchos problemas al mismo tiempo, dicho esto por las demoras en responder y la falta de fluidez en la comunicación. Desde el comienzo se reclamó la provisión de perchas ya que no hay ni una. Jamás llegaron. Faltaba una almohada y, seamos justos, fue entregada a la semana de entrar, cuando vinieron a reparar la cerradura de la puerta principal. Está cerradura, deformada, "ajustada" con cartones, luego de 5 días de reclamos, cuando ya no podíamos salir del departamento dejando la puerta abierta, fue correctamente reparada por un empleado de mantenimiento con buen criterio y adecuada preparación, luego de un par de intentos fallidos de llegar en horario. El departamento tiene 3 dormitorios, con tres equipos de Aire Acondicionado. Al ingresar, sobre la mesa sucia, había dos controles de Aire Acondicionado, uno de ellos sin la tapa de las pilas. La sala principal no tiene Aire. Y es muy caliente. Le sugerimos a Carpediem que nos provea un ventilador. Nos dijeronque no formaba parte del equipamiento del depto. El tema es que te puedes cocinar en el último piso y a ellos no les importa. El cajón inferior de la heladera está roto.

Tudo muito bom, o local limpo e organizado, ótima estrutura.

Não é que não gostei, mais na sala poderia ter ventilador, por que mesmo com a porta aberta é um pouco quente.

Do parque aquático, da localização da limpeza

Da torneiras quente e frio que não permitia uma regulagem simples na temperatura adequada no banheiro suíte. Seria necessario uma identificação de agua quente , morna e fria. Já no banheiro social não foi possível se colocar água morna. A torneira não funcionava. No banheiro social há um vazamento na privada. Só uma observação sobre o rejunte das piscinas que estao desgastados e podem causar acidentes. O restante estava perfeito.
