フロントの方の話し方が、聞き取りやすい話し方でした。 朝ごはんは美味しかったです。
トイレのタンクか浴室の排水溝からニオイがした。

朝食がとても美味しかったのと、なによりスタッフさんがとても丁寧で親切で楽しい家族旅行の思い出の1つになりました！！
虫がたまに部屋に出てきたところが残念でしたがそれ以外は文句無しです🙆‍♀️

フロントの方が優しかった。
壁が薄くて、子供のギャーギャー声でくつろげなかった。シャワーカーテンが酸っぱい匂いが強烈で、部屋のファブリーズ的なスプレーを沢山かけた。朝食がもうひと工夫あれば、せっかくの那須をアピールできるのに、安くて美味しい食材をもっとうまく使えば満足に感じられたかも。
