We had a wonderful stay at The Croft Family Cottage, Naran. The location is excellent with breathtaking mountain views. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and hot water was available at all times. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always ready to help, making us feel at home. The service exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naran and would definitely love to stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Especially Zubair and Waqas.
The location is on jheel road, which is a worn out road and a fair distance from both the river and main bazar. My suggestion would be to bring your own transport or be ready for a 2km hike up and down everytime you need to go to the bazar.

Cleaniness, Furniture, Beds were good comfy, Staff was friendly, Good view of mountains, Calm environment and away from rush and croud, Good parking. Location was inside a village whereby new properties are being developed. 1st Floor apartment is recommended for better view of valley and mountains. Room amenities were good included TV, Hairdryer, towels, soaps, shampoo, tooch brush and other stuff.
Location is not very freindly for moving around. The cottages are 1.5 KM (approx.) from the main Naran Bazar. You have to come on the Jheel road and then further 500 meter inside towards montains. The Jheel road is bumpy and tests your car limits, not recommended if you have a vulnerable car. There is no proper road from Jheel road onward towards the cottage and there on a rough uphill track into the village approx. 500 meter , so you need a good car to manage the elevation, cars with weak engine and tyres not recommended. Due to the distance from main bazar which is 1.5 km and upward travel, it is extremely difficult to walk towards Naran main Bazar on feet, you have to take car everytime on the bumpy road.
Electricity issue: Due to some technical issue, there was prolonged load shedding in Naran during the period I stayed. The cottages were using generators but not for 24 hours. I highligted this issue to their staff and owner, who increased the working hours of generators but still electricity was not available 24 hours.
