Perfect location- not far from the metro station and not far from the city centre, Uber from this apartment to Eiffel Tower costs around EUR 30, metro just 2.55 per ride and it takes about 25- 30min to the centre. The location is also safe and very quite at night. The apartment was very clean and very cosy, and had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Comfortable mattress in the bedroom. There's also a little bakery just around the corner (two buildings away), which is great for breakfast. Enough places for street parking.
Sofabed could be renewed as the mattress is very soft and some solution for dining, but that wasn't such a big deal for us. And the floor is squeaking but it also adds some charm to the old Parisian apartment.

Le calme, la vue lointaine, la luminosité, le confort et la surface du logement.
Les odeurs : fumée du voisin, remontée d'odeurs dans l'évier de la cuisine, odeur du canapé
