Don't stay here, worst place that I've been ever!

Location is great, 5min from station, 10-15 from main tourist sites and Christmas Market. Flat is indeed nicely decorated and contain items listed in the description.

Cleaningness. Oh my God, it was disgusting! It started with the fridge which was very smelly and forced us to keep whatever few groceries we bought at the balcony in the cold, instead of inside of the fridge. The bathroom "looked clean", but after spotting a used razor blade in the shower it really made me think if it was clean at all. There was hair in the drain and in the razor itself still hanging at shampoo rack. So unhygienic and disrespectful. I've lived in Asia for over 20y and we have a habit of removing shoes as we enter our home, walking barefoot or in our socks inside, and so I did. Well, by the end of the night my socks were so dirty and full of long dark black hair that I threw the socks away (we all have very short light brown hair, so that's definitely not ours). That floor hasn't been vacuumed or mopped for days for sure. I reached out to the owner, which despite treating us respectfully, refused to accept his responsibility and even argued it was my fault bringing all that dust and hair (basically impossible, please read the other reviews, I should have done it before booking...anyway). The bedsheet lining was striped rainbows, they looked clean but they were definitely not ironed. The moment I saw them, I assumed they were changed and just not ironed, which is fine for me, I also just fold my sheets after washing them. However after all those things put together, it made me wonder if they were ever changed before my stay previously used... One more suspicious item, the building is very much like public housing or college housing provided by the government, the official residence is under "Pham" (a very common Vietnamese name) and the person who received us Mr/Mrs Phoung seems to running an illegal sublet, which I'll also report to the Dresden city hall. Those conditions are basically unacceptable, especially considering a daily rate of EUR 229/night.

Die schlechteste Unterkunft die ich seit lange gebucht habe!

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Die Unterkunft war schlecht, nicht sauber, sehr unpersönlich, kein liebevolles Detail zu finden! Das 2. Bett ist ein Schlafsofa, das sehr uncomfortable ist, eine Fläche mit einer harten Fläche! Das ganze Haus und die Wohnung ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Preis / leistungsverhältnis ist meines Erachtens nicht gegeben. Ich habe mich über halt nicht wohl gefühlt!!! Außerdem habe ich per email eine nachricht bekommen die sehr merkwürdig war, ich sollte noch mal meine Kreditkarte zur Bestätigung eingeben, obwohl ich über booking schon gezahlt hatte, der Preis war auch nicht nachvollziehbar , anders als bei booking! Wirkte für mich alles nicht seriös! Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen und würde sie nie wieder buchen!

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 2 bis 3 Tagen wegen der perfekten Lage okay.

Die Lage war perfekt nur 500 Meter vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Man konnte bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt zu Fuß erreichen.

Das Appartement entsprach unseren Erwartungen an ein Designerappartement leider nicht. Die Sauberkeit ließ aus unserer Sicht zu wünschen übrig, und sowohl das Appartement als auch das gesamte Gebäude wirken deutlich renovierungsbedürftig und in die Jahre gekommen. Zu dem war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalt nur einer von 2 Aufzügen in Betrieb.Da wir im 15.Stock untergebracht waren, empfanden wir dies insbesondere für ältere Gäste als problematisch. Wäre der 2.Aufzug auch ausgefallen hätten wir (65 und 70 Jahre) 15 Etagen zu Fuß bewältigen müssen. Zudem fehlt in der Küche eine Kaffeemaschine was für Kaffeeliebhaber ein absolutes MUSS ist.

Sehr schöne , saubere und zuverlässige Wohnung.

Es war sehr gemütlich, sauber und ruhig! Unweit vom Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum! Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter und auch sehr gut ausgestattet . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zu dem war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalt nur einer von 2 Aufzügen in Betrieb.Da wir im 15.Stock untergebracht waren, empfanden wir dies insbesondere für ältere Gäste als problematisch. Wäre der 2.Aufzug auch ausgefallen hätten wir (65 und 70 Jahre) 15 Etagen zu Fuß bewältigen müssen. Zudem fehlt in der Küche eine Kaffeemaschine was für Kaffeeliebhaber ein absolutes MUSS ist.
