Really peaceful location (we stayed for 2 nights only at the beginning of October) and only 3min walk to an amazing sandy beach that you can go for a walk on for hours! Absolutely stunning.
Two nice size double bed rooms, kitchen had basic but all facilities you need for a short stay.
Would totally come back to stay.
We walked along the beach one day for 45min to have lunch at the next village and then walked back and swam in the sea. It was perfectly relaxing.
Small shops are 4 min driving distance away.

Lo strepitoso giardino è molto ben curato con tavoli, panche, gazebo e angolo per merende e grigliate e area gioco. La duna che separa dalla vicinissima lunga spiaggia sabbiosa ha una bella pineta mediterranea. Si soggiorna immersi nella natura, in silenzio e pace, lontano da traffico di auto e folla. Nel raggio di 15' di auto si trovano bar , trattorie e ogni altro negozio e servizio. Se serve, si può usare una lavatrice, condivisa fra ospiti, in una zona coperta del giardino
" APPARTAMENTO CON 1 CAMERA DA LETTO" per convenzione significa Leaving Room più SEPARATA camera da letto. Questa condizione è necessaria ad ospiti con differenti orari di sonno. Invece, qui intende quello che altrove è chiamato MONOLOCALE. Nonta's garden gestisce anche il vicinissimo bar in spiaggia con sdraio e ombrelloni, ma purtroppo è emerso che viene chiuso col 15/9. Serve l'auto per raggiungere spiagge attrezzate.- Rifiuti: su sollecitazione scritta SPETTA ALL' OSPITE andare a gettare i propri rifiuti, in un cassonetto appena fuori dalla tenuta, ma mancano criteri di differenziazione. Nel cassonetto c'è di tutto, persino i sacchetti pieni di materiale biologico, cioè CARTA IGIENICA SPORCA, che in Grecia non si può gettare nel WC.

Nonta's Garden is a real garden of Eden! The green spaces have to be seen to be believed. Meticulously cared for, with many different sitting areas, gazebos, hammocks, children playground and a full football field with amazing grass.
The apartment was also very nice, spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all amenities. AC in every room very welcome in the summer heat.
Location is unbeatable too: two minutes on foot from a great, quiet beach with a nice beach bar, turtle nests and amazing sunsets. The only downside is that the village Giannitsochori (1 km distance) is very uninteresting, without a proper grocery store or restaurant. But there are excellent tavernas 10-20 minutes by car.
