About this house rental
You will be in an old house renovated with quality materials .it is spacious and bright, temperate all year round with its thick walls. The view is exceptional from the Var L'Estérél to the sea and the valley of the siagne.
You will be close to the river for swimming and about 20 minutes to the nautical base of the lake of St Cassien and 25 minutes from the beaches of Mandelieu and Cannes.
The village is very lively and you will find all the shops as well as many activities and 2 markets per week. All around Grasse city of perfumes, Gourdon, Tourrettes sur Loup, Vence etc...
In the house the living room is air-conditioned. You have 3 bedrooms with a master suite with shower, toilet and sink; a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin .
You can have lunch on the panoramic terrace...
