Our dazzling white Spanish retreat is located by the sea in the province of Granada. This recently renovated home combines modern comfort with the preservation of its Andalusian charm. It sits peacefully in a charming hillside condominium complex, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea between the white village of Salobreña and the town of Almuñécar. With its large picture windows, the house is bathed in sunlight and offers a partial view of the vast blue sea. The garden is divided into three areas, featuring a palm tree, succulents, hibiscus, bougainvillea, citrus trees, and olive trees. The saltwater pool measures 8x4 m and has two depth levels ranging from 1.45 m to 1.70 m, allowing for safe diving. Sun loungers, a pergola, a barbecue, and an electric griddle allow you to enjoy the garden and dine in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. The house features 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6, with reversible air conditioning, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 2 bathrooms, and 1 gym. The beautifully landscaped neighborhood is both quiet and lively. With a community pool, a tennis court, and a petanque court, these are all great places to socialize and get to know neighbors of all nationalities.
