Perched on a hill in the heart of Paradise Valley, this cozy 400 sq. ft. tiny home offers sweeping views of the Yellowstone River and surrounding mountains. Nestled on five private acres between Livingston and Yellowstone National Park, it’s the perfect retreat for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. This home has air-conditioning.

- Main Bedroom (Main Level): Queen-size bed.
- Loft Sleeping Area: Full and twin memory foam mattresses (crawl loft).
- Bathroom: Marble tile walk-in shower, stackable washer and dryer in a corner nook.
Cozy Living Spaces with Montana Charm:
- Living Room: Electric fireplace, two comfortable chairs, and a smart TV with DVD player.
- Internet: Wi-Fi included for staying connected.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining:
- Kitchen: Full-size stove/oven, fridge, and microwave (no dishwasher).
- Dining: Indoor table seats four. Outdoor deck features a table, two chairs, and a bench.
