Not a pleasant experience

In a nutshell: Late & poor communication, parking issue, uncomfortable sheets, none of the promised toiletries. Details: Host called to say she needed more time to clean after messy guests. Told her no problem & I'd let her know when we would be there. Couple hours later, I texted that info & to find out the check in & parking processes. No answer. Texted again ~4 hours later & asked her to call me. No response. Got there ~7pm (3 hours after her requested time) with no idea of what to do. Pulled in front of closed gate & called again. Got her & found her English to be an issue in understanding what to do (but it was certainly better than my Polish!). I mention this only because I don't understand why she wouldn't have written instructions via booking.com to avoid this issue). She said she'd text me the code, which she never did (I had texted it to myself, hoping it was right & it was). Finally got through gate only to find someone parked in our space. Called her back & she said it happened once before & she'd call her upstairs neighbor to discuss. She apologized. Meanwhile, we're just standing there in the dark...Apparently, there was no solution, so she told us to park in the corner of the driveway - next to the no parking sign. Luckily, we weren't hit or ticketed. The instructions for getting into the building & the apartment were rather complicated & should be written down & shared ahead of time. Got in the apartment, which was clean, but smelled like sewer & there were none of the promised toiletries - including hand soap for the bathroom! Texted her & got no response. No paper towels, either (thankfully, there was TP). I asked her about how to use the sauna & she said the previous guests had taken them. She explained, but I didn't understand, so didn't get to use that.

Bardzo polecam, wszystko bylo tak jak w opisie

Czysto i przytulnie.
