Krakow cool dustrict

Location, modern feel of the apartment in a historic building, proximity of Old Town and abundance of cafes and eateries.

There was a reservation mix up but Booking has promised to refund me what I had to over pay and I trust them to do so after hugely helping us travel four times round Latin America up until this year.

Fantastic location!

The location was excellent! Walking distance to restaurants, walking paths on the river, Old Town, Kazimierz, and Kopiec Krakusa, walking distance to food stores and bakeries, and great connections to public transportation.

The key box was difficult to open: it was installed really high, and the numbers on the key pad were really difficult to see. I would have appreciated an ice cube tray in the freezer.

Great location, nice and clean apartment

Amazing location, great apartment, clean, with all the necessary appliances. Helpful hosts. A lot of restaurants downstairs. 2 steps from the bridge to Kazimierz and Old Town.

The building is old, so there is a strong smell in the stairway. Didn’t bother us inside the apartment though.

Cosy flat with excellent location and view

NICE APARTMENT & LOCATION: Excellent location! Very close to the Korona trams stop, restaurants and cafes. The flat has a nice view of the Stare Podgorze district. The bedroom is very comfortable, with plenty of storage and wardrobe space. There is also a TV and a sofa in the living room, but it is quite sagging.

A FEW THINGS TO IMPROVE: There was an issue with heating and hot water. The temperature in the flat stayed around 18° until I manually reset the boiler in the bathroom. The heating didn't come on automatically when the temperature dropped below the set temperature on the programmer. The water boiler switched on and off whenever I run the tap or the shower, so the water temperature changed between very hot and completely cold. It seems the water pressure was too low for the boiler to stay on consistently, so I had to reset the boiler several times during the stay. I contacted the property and the customer service responded quickly. They offered to call a technician, but my schedule was too busy to find the suitable time, so I just asked them to fix these issues after my stay for the next guests. But from what I can see from the previous reviews, the problem with hot water and heating has been around for more than a year, that's why 7/10.
