The apartment was clean and spacious and the bedrooms had comfy beds and lovely en suites. The AI agent on WhatsApp was responsive and helpful.
The windows didn't shut properly and the bedroom doors were without latches which mean they banged a little from the breeze from the windows. The directions were a little vague - should say it's in the Lexington building.

Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen area.
Slippery shower tray and water disconnected on 2 occasions. Entry fob was not available on arrival as advised. Entry system not user friendly, had to telephone for assistance only to be told fob was with Housekeeping.

Apartment was stunning, beautifully furnished with designer furniture. Views amazing and location was great for us
We weren’t sent the codes to access the apartment keys from the key nest and it was difficult to speak to the online support

Great location, good nearby facilities
Entry instructions weren’t clear enough, need to be if you’re a self check in property No running water on arrival Not enough towels for each person staying - 2 large and 2 small for 3 people… WiFi codes didn’t work, given network wasn’t visible and instructions in apartment didn’t work
