Firstly the location is perfect to visit Ortigia and the other attractions in Syracuse. The staff were really helpful. Our room (Ground floor suite) was magnificent and had a spa bath which we used.
Could not fault the accommodation

The facilities in the room were great, housekeeping daily was first class. Outdoor terrace over looking the harbour was beautiful. Fantastic location, a very short walk from a great selection of restaurants. Francesco was super helpful with any questions on the local area. Would definitely recommend all to stay.
Nothing we didn’t like a couple of suggestions, another mirror in the room would be good. The plants on the terrace had seen better days and the addition of these would only enhance the beautiful terrace.

Fantastic location for seeing Siracusa and Ortigia. Boat trip literally a few metres away. Loved our room on top floor with terrace looking over the small harbour which always had something to look at but was quiet. Lift useful when carrying luggage. Francesco and Nicole were very helpful throughout our stay. So easy to get interbus from airport and travel to Noto without hiding a car. Minibar was enough to store yogurt, milk, butter etc for breakfast on the terrace. Complimentary water, snacks and beer on arrival was welcome. So many fab places to eat nearby.
Take ear plugs if in top floor rooms, because if you have heavy rain as we did one night, it is very noisy from the roof !

Wonderful location. Clean, modern and comfy. Attentive staff. I think this was the perfect location if you have a car and don’t want to worry about the ZTL. You can walk within minutes across the bridge into Ortegia.
It took a bit to find some street parking but we did end up finding a free spot a few blocks away.
