A cozy villa with great attention to detail, nestled in the peaceful Apulian countryside and just 350 meters from the crystal-clear waters of Monopoli. Ideal for families and anyone looking to enjoy a dream vacation in Apulia. Outside, there are spacious green areas featuring a comfortable mini-hot tub, a dining and barbecue area, a relaxation area, and parking. Inside, you’ll find three air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and one single) and a sleeper sofa in the living room, two bathrooms (one with a shower), and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop and oven. Guests have access to towels, beach towels, and bed linens, as well as Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a washing machine. It’s just a five-minute walk from the rocky coves of the Monopoli coastline and a few kilometers from the famous, well-equipped beaches. From Pugliamandia, you can reach the charming historic center of Monopoli, full of shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as other popular tourist destinations such as Polignano a Mare, Castellana Grotte (with its famous caves), Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Ostuni.
