In a small quiet and secure domain facing the Bay of Angels, you will appreciate this pretty Provencal villa with private pool completely renovated and open for rent for the 1st time.
Located 1.5 km from the sea, in a beautiful garden planted with Mediterranean species, and composed as follows:
On the first floor:
Entrance opening onto a large living room, dining room, a master bedroom with sea view, with a 180 by 200 bed, and its private bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub,
a 2nd bedroom with a 160 by 200 bed and its private bathroom / toilet,
and a beautiful equipped kitchen.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
Large swimming pool with its beach and several relaxation areas and dining areas, sea view as well.
You will have the choice of several places to have your meals depending on whether you prefer shade or sun!
Upstairs:
2 bedrooms, one with a bed in 140 X 200 and the other with 2 bunk beds in 90 x 200, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the veranda:
A beautiful air-conditioned gym, with professional weight machines: treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical, abductor adductors, and others.
A ping-pong table, badminton.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board
Parking spaces for several cars in the private grounds of the property, or in the parking lots of the estate.
