Bright, naturally renovated house with a Scandinavian feel-good atmosphere, large wind-protected sun terrace and idyllic garden for a relaxing holiday with children, friends or even as a couple. The beautiful garden overgrown with large trees and the large, secluded sun terrace invite you to have breakfast outdoors and to sunbathe and relax. The light-flooded, stylish house for up to 5 people is laid out with high-quality, light oak floorboards, which provide a nice foot warmth and a pleasant indoor climate.
On the first floor, a generously proportioned, sunny living-dining area awaits you. The dining area is equipped with comfortable Scandinavian chairs and ensures relaxed mornings with family and friends.
The state-of-the-art, open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, and everything else you need for cooking. For meals, children's high chairs and indestructible rice melanin dishes are available. A washing machine and tumble dryer ensure that you don't have to take too much luggage with you.
The spacious living room with high-quality furniture absorbs the gentle Scandinavian feel-good atmosphere, so that there is no feeling of crampedness even on rainy days.
Upstairs there are two bright and friendly bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a cosy designer double bed. In the second bedroom next door, two children or adults can choose to stay in first-class Scandinavian single beds. In addition, a pull-out bed is available for another child. We are happy to provide a cot if required.
The house has two high-quality modern bathrooms. A bathroom with toilet and shower is located on the first floor. Upstairs is the second bathroom with a large bathtub and toilet.
The apartment naturally has free fast Wi-Fi access and HD cable TV.
A free handcart for transporting purchases or children is available for use.
Unfortunately, dogs or other pets are not allowed in the non-smoking house. The fireplace and the attic are not allowed to be used.
Despite the proximity to the center, the house is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. Read a good book or take long walks on the beach. Everything you need for perfect rest and daily life is close by and within walking distance - the beach, the harbour, the swimming pool, the island bakery and all shopping and restaurants. The beach is only a few minutes' walk through the picturesque dunes.
