The property is located in a central area, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, in a neighborhood with plenty of amenities and strategically located for reaching the main attractions of the vibrant city center—such as Piazza Duomo, Castello Ursino, and the Bellini Theater, as well as the market held on Wednesdays or Mondays—either on foot or by public transportation. The apartment consists of a living area with a modular kitchen, a loft-style bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. . We are very flexible and are happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs when there are no other guests arriving or departing on the same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. All guests must present valid identification at check-in, as required by Italian law. For late check-ins between 9:00 PM and midnight, you’ll find a secure drop box outside containing the keys to enter the apartment at no additional charge.
