Our stay was enjoyable. The home was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. The home was conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. The only disappointment was the limited lake view due to the surrounding trees.

What a great experience at The Avalon on Delevan. Nothing short of perfection. Ellie was a gracious host offering clear instructions for check in and usage of the property. Plenty of beds and a well stocked kitchen( could use some baking sheets) Shore station was great for keeping our boat close and making lake access a breeze. Couldn't have asked for better!!

We had a great stay! Right on the water with a lift for the boat! The only slight hiccup was a place to park our trailer. We contacted the city and arranged to park it at the public launch after we launched our boat. The house was great with plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids! Delavan Lake was great and not at hectic as Geneva Lake! Tubing, cruising, anchoring and swimming, we did it all!

The house was wonderful, just as described and had lots of extras. Ellie was wonderful with the booking process and communication and left a special welcome gift that was a great treat!! My boys loved fishing off the pier and kayaking on the lake. Caught a lot of fish. Was a great trip!!
