Villa Bella is one of the most beautiful and oldest villas on the island and exudes the elegant style of the Imperial era. Its central location right on the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck is simply perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The exclusive restoration, completed in 2003, has preserved the villa’s historic charm while providing modern living comfort. The main building features eight lovingly designed vacation apartments, complemented by two additional units in the charming garden house.
A particular highlight is the high standard of amenities and living comfort in all apartments. In addition, separate parking spaces as well as lockable storage rooms for bicycles or motorcycles are available in the villa’s backyard. Of course, Wi-Fi is also free of charge, so you can share your vacation experiences with family back home or with friends.
Villa Bella Apartment 4:
Welcome to Apartment No. 4 at Villa Bella! This charming accommodations are located on the first floor of the main building and is easily accessible via 1.5 flights of stairs. With a spacious area of 64 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people for a pleasant stay. The combined living and kitchen area is comfortably furnished and invites you to relax. The custom-built kitchenette blends harmoniously into the tasteful decor and is equipped with all necessary built-in appliances. Enjoy your meals on the loggia, where you’ll have a great view of the promenade and the Baltic Sea. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, both furnished with cozy double beds and offering either a view of the sea or a south-facing balcony. The stylish bathroom is finished in green-and-white marble and includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available for your laundry in a separate room of the villa; these can be used for a fee. You also have your own parking space on the property, as well as a lockable storage room for bicycles or other two-wheeled vehicles. Of course, Wi-Fi is free of charge, so you can share your vacation experiences with family back home or with friends. Please note that a deposit of 100 euros is required for the remote control used to drive along the promenade.
