Downstairs there is another bedroom (#4 with queen bed) and an attached bonus room / office / bedroom with a day bed (twin bed). Also downstairs is the studio in-law unit. You can open it up to the main house or keep it separate, depending on your needs. The studio is a tranquil space with a king bed, couch, tv, desk, and a convenience kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, microwave, etc. The house is tucked in the Oakland hills, surrounded by trees and wildlife. Check-in and out was incredibly easy and the place is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice! Was the perfect home for our large group in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Location and space was exactly what we needed for a family get together. The view was stunning, even if it rained part of the evening.

Really a nice place. Good view and the fireplace made it very relaxing. My brother has a 8 month pregnant wife and he liked the privacy of the downstairs for her to relax.
