O quarto é incrível. Maravilhoso. Academia do prédio é excelente. Bem localizado! Quarto e limpeza, impecáveis, tudo novinho.
Ótimo para famílias, inclusive.
A comunicação achei bem difícil. Tudo muito automatizado. Senha para entrar. Comunicação que parecia inteligência artificial. Tive dificuldades.

Location! Great location for a short-stay in the lovely neighbourhood of Perdizes. Ideal for a couple spending a couple of days and wanting to explore the Perdizes area and with easy access to other main areas like Pinheiros, Paulista Av., Itaim, etc.
There was nothing I did not like in the apartment or the area. Only one small issue with Wi-Fi which was resolved within minutes by the host. The building has a shared broadband network and I was connected to one far from my room. They sent me a list with all available networks within the building and after it problem was solved.

Ótima localização e ar-condicionado funcionando bem, o que ajudou no conforto durante a estadia.
Não ficou claro antes da reserva que seria exigido um calção, e o valor solicitado foi duas vezes maior que o da hospedagem. O contato foi feito por WhatsApp, fora da plataforma, o que gerou insegurança e impressão de possível golpe.
Além disso, filtrei opções com estacionamento, mas o local não oferecia vaga. Acabei tendo um custo alto com estacionamento por conta de um evento no Allianz Parque, o que prejudicou bastante o custo-benefício da estadia.
O Wi-Fi não funcionava, e o check-out precisava ser feito por um link que não carregava nem no Wi-Fi nem nos dados móveis, o que gerou insegurança sobre a finalização da estadia.
No geral, a experiência trouxe mais preocupação do que conforto, principalmente pela falta de clareza e pelos processos complicados.
