Gorgeous resort! Perfect for a quiet getaway. Great size, not a huge place with tons of people. Eagle Beach is stunning. Every single employee was delightful.

The hotel is completely renovated, new, clean, it has an air of luxury hotel. The rooms are amazing, spacious, with enough light.
The stuff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The guys at the beach, Marlon, Josue and the other one were very very helpful and kind. The house keeper Laura Giraldo was fantastic, and kept our room clean all the time.
In general everyone in the hotel works hard to make the experience better.

The place was brand new and had a nice design.
Our room would sometimes have a strong mold or mildew smell as if extra moisture was in the room. We told them about the smell when we checked in and they sent extra air freshener that didn’t help.
