What I liked most about DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Bintaro Jaya was the exceptional service. Every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making me feel valued throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organised, with spacious rooms that provided a relaxing environment.
I especially enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in, which was a lovely touch, as well as the excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's convenient location near Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall made it easy to access shops and restaurants, while the quiet and relaxing atmosphere provided the perfect balance for a comfortable stay.
Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Honestly, there was nothing I particularly disliked about my stay. The service, cleanliness, facilities, and overall atmosphere were all excellent. The hotel team did a wonderful job of ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Lovely comfortable room
Good gym
Little bit far from the Serpong area but with the nearby freeway it wasn't much of a problem

Comfortable room and daily cleaning was impeccable. Facilities felt modern. Great gym that is open 24hours and pool stays open pretty late too.
Wish the TV could be connected to Netflix or any of our personal streaming services.

Location a bit far from city centre and airport, breakfast was good, so many choices. And I like it is connected to the mall.
