The breakfast offered hot and cold options, respectable especially considering I was there off season and there were only a couple other guests. Their ongoing remodel did not affect my stay.
The TV was a little small? Nitpicking.

Rooms are refurbished & clean.
Hotel is under renovation so there was construction going on during the day but it did not interfere with our stay.

In all fairness the hotel is under a major renovation. It was a little strange with most of the hotel already demolished and under construction. The staff was great, it was the really quiet hardly anyone was there.
It worked out the price was right.
