Disappointed, not recommended!

I am leaving this pleace with quite annoying emotions due to its pricing features and staying conditions. It is such a pity that this nice apartment couldn’t leave a good impression behind for us. First of all, I should warn you about the hidden costs for cleaning fee (€60) and other fee (€30). For our case, these costs appeared exclusively after we proceed for the details, and we only realized this after paying the price. I acknowledge that it’s my responsibility to check the details before paying, but it was the first time in Booking.com for me to see pricing details provided exclusively. I probably would choose an other option if I saw those costs included in the listing price. The pricing details are maybe updated to inclusive later on, but for our rental it was exclusive and left a feeling of unfairness. Secondly, I also should warn you about the security deposit of €500 that you need to pay before the start of the rental. I personally feel it’s a bit too much, but my complaint is not about the amount. Towards the end of the booking period we received further conditions on how to leave the place together with monetary fines. Here are some of them: Not washing the dishes and not emptying the dishwasher - €20 Not emptying the refrigerator - €15 Not disposing of the trash - €15 Not turning off the lights, AC etc. - €10 Etc etc.. After we received these conditions, we asked ourselves why did we pay the initial €90 (cleaning + other)at all, if I need to do the cleaning myself?? And why are these conditions not shared before the booking? I think there is a clear lack of transparency regarding the conditions and pricing. I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Functional appartement, but the owner should change the manager

Nice appartement, with a nice garden. Location is quite good.

Instructions to recover the key were wrong (at the first step). Since the arrival was late (around 7h30PM) there was nobody to support and had to wait for a car to leave the building to be able to enter. Very annoying after a long trip. The place comes with an assigned parking spot, which was occupied by other vehicles during 2x nights out of the 7x night stay. The stay was in winter time, and the AC in the main room was not warming enough, in the bathroom there is a heating, but it was not possible to understand how to start it. Again the support via WhatsApp was not useful.

J'ai crevé UN pneu de ma voiture sur l'emplacement du parking à cause d'une borne de fermeture au sol ( vis et cadenas apparent sans pouvoir les éviter ).Cout du préjudice 450 euros.

Nice appartement, with a nice garden. Location is quite good.

Instructions to recover the key were wrong (at the first step).
