It’s cleanliness and the proximity to the center of old town

The warm water for shower only lasted for 5 minutes and we had to wait for hours to get another 5 minutes of warm water. Also, we only got notified for check-in pincode 2h before our stay.

Would definitely stay again , very roomy

Just loved the space and modern feel to the apartment. Not too far to walk from the main promenade. This area of Varoš is worth exploring.

Wish we booked to stay longer and didn’t want to leave, we loved it !

We absolutely loved our stay at Betula luxury studio apartment! The apartment was amazing was super clean and modern and had everything you needed! All the facilities were 10/10, especially the aircon. Free WiFi and smart tv was a really nice touch too! The location was perfect, really central and was amongst all the restaurants, bars and the promenade! Lots of local supermarkets within a few minutes walk which was handy. The host was great and super helpful and accommodating to our needs! Will definitely be back when we next visit split !

Vi fixade egen frukost. Bra supermarket i närheten. Bra WiFi gratis med bra kvalitet. Närheten, dvs läget till restauranger, strandpromenaden och hamnen var perfekt. Jättetrevliga flickor som sköter om lägenheten.
