It worked for us only because we literally only slept there!

Location was great close to cafe shops public transport etc.water provided was appreciated

The standard of cleanliness was poor! We were greeted with vomit stains in hallway , blood marks on the blind and duvet, scum around the bath and taps both bathroom and kitchen, one window didn’t close, under the sofa cushions we’re disgusting, only 2 cups had handles 2 didn’t! Not enough wine glasses all such a shame as it’s in a great location

Don’t bother

Good location, had potential to be a good property if the managing agent made some effort.

This was booked last minute the day before as we were let down by another property, it was very expensive and to be honest not worth nearly £500 at all for 2 nights. We were a group of four and there was 3 dining chairs (one broken in the cupboard), 3 towels, no hand towel, no bathmat. There were specks of blood throughout the apartment including on the bedroom blinds. Black mould around the bath and limescale all over the shower. The booking listed we could check out by 11am, there are signs in the apartment that also state this. We were woken up by a cleaner bursting into the flat at 9:55 telling us we need to hurry up as check out is at 10am. We explained we still have an hour and she still wasn’t having it, left us and then left the key from the lockbox in the door so anyone could have walked in. I complained to the managing agent and received no apology just that we could stay until 11. Shocking really, companies shouldn’t buy properties to use to make money if you have no idea about customer service or how to service apartments properly. It looks like no one has been there since 2020 there’s still covid-19 signs up it’s laughable. This is the first bad review I’ve left on booking.com, don’t waste your money.
