Nice hotel and staff. Room is clean and good bed. Especially good price / quality

great service for the price you pay! this hotel helped so much with our fly transfer through Guangzhou. the whole process went so smooth without any problems with our special requirement. we asked for an early-check-in in the morning, which was doable. even with breakfast included, which we unfortunately haven't had.
the reception runs 24hours, which is a great advantage, with friendly and helpful staff at the desk.
if the location of the hotel is good for you depends on your purpose of the stay. for us it was perfect, just around 10 minutes from the airport. the driver arrived pretty quickly to pick us up.
they even offered a drop-off back to the airport, which we haven't used, but very appreciated.
the room was really clean, with nice accessories included. AC very appreciated.
thank you once again for this great stay.
just a few stains in the bathroom and a slightly strange chemical odor in the room. nothing horrible, got used to it very quickly. apart from that all good.

Fantastic value for money close to the airport. Great for a one night transit stay. Free airport shuttle bus.
Shower was fantastic (great pressure and temperature) after a long international flight.
Beds were a bit on the hard side, but very clean and still managed to get a good night’s sleep.

Free airport shuffle
Hot shower
Good breakfast - many choices
Overall, facilities were outdated and floor was dirty
Staff were a bit reluctant to speak/help with cash issues (although a receptionist did finally give cash back, when I used my card)
Other staff didn't want to help with restaurant recommendations. No idea why.
3% fee for paying with Revolut, despite having Yuen in my account (other hotels in Guangzhou don't charge 3%)
