Very nice and modern rooms in the Mukahari Premier. It was nice to be close to the train station. Great staff and very helpful and they were very courteous and polite . Nice to have breakfast every morning
This didn't matter but there wasn't a phone in the room to call front desk or housekeeping. Breakfast was good but we also wish there were more selections during breakfast.

房間全新改裝，很舒適，有迎賓馬桶，跟門口有感應燈，一直找不到按鍵原來是感應的。
Happy hour下午茶選擇較少，多甜死人的甜點，但是免費的，也沒得嫌了。大廳感覺有年代感，但十分華麗，大理石牆面維持的很好。

The room, amenities, view, and location were all wonderful! The lobby and restaurant areas also make an immediate positive impression. Highly recommend breakfast 👍
An earlier standard check-in time would’ve been ideal

This is my second time in this hotel and it’s still a fantastic experience. A big thanks to the staff, they are always helpfull and make you feel at home. I won’t change this hotel for any other hotel in Tokyo. Keep on the good work
