Nous revenons de deux semaines passées dans ce logement et, au vu des avis très positifs que nous avions lus avant de réserver, nous sommes extrêmement déçus. Notre expérience a été à l’opposé de ce qui était annoncé. Nous souhaitons partager notre séjour afin que les futurs voyageurs réservent en connaissance de cause. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un gros problème de propreté. Le ménage avait été très mal effectué : les housses des canapés étaient sales, la cuisine était sale, les chambres également, et nous avons dû tout nettoyer nous-mêmes avant de pouvoir nous installer. Nous avons aussi retrouvé deux cafards dans la cuisine, ce qui n’est absolument pas acceptable. La salle de bain était dans un état très préoccupant. La douche était sale et des petits vers noirs sortaient de l’évacuation. De plus, le siphon était complètement bouché par les cheveux des précédents occupants. L’eau ne s’écoulait plus et débordait sur le sol de la salle de bain. Nous avons dû déboucher la douche nous-mêmes, alors que cela aurait dû être vérifié avant notre arrivée. Le logement présente également des problèmes de sécurité. Les rebords de certains murs sont recouverts de plaques métalliques décoratives dorées extrêmement coupantes. Mes filles ce sont coupées les doigts à plusieurs reprises en s’appuyant inconsciemment dessus. Le logement manque énormément d’équipements. Il y a très peu d’ustensiles et de matériel de cuisine. Aucun équipement de nettoyage n’était disponible à notre arrivée : nous avons dû demander un aspirateur. Il n’y avait pas de climatisation, contrairement à ce que l’on pourrait attendre dans une ville où il fait très chaud. Nous avons dû réclamer un ventilateur. Il n’y avait pas non plus d’étendoir pour faire sécher les vêtements ; là encore, nous avons dû en demander un. Autre point important : une chaise était déjà cassée dès notre arrivée et la literie était peu confortable.
